Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, but we are committed to ensuring you love your brew. If there is an issue with your equipment or merchandise, items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect.

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address for our roastery.
